Tell us about your awards

The Office of Marketing and Communications promotes professional, civic, and community awards won by faculty, staff, and students whenever possible. Promoting these awards is critical to demonstrating the important and varied activities of all faculty, staff, and students. Awards are among the factors that define the energy and commitment of an institution of higher education. Promoting awards and achievements can assist the College in recruiting students.

Please send the following basic information to communications@hfcc.edu:

• Name of award;
• Sponsoring organization and organization contact information;
• Nature of the award;
• Name of award winner and hometown;
• Year and major for student award-winners; and
• Date of award and date of award presentation
• Photograph of the award winner (professional quality photo requested)

Please send this information in advance of the award presentation whenever possible. In other cases, let us know as soon as possible after you receive your award.
